Es una publicación del poeta y crítico literario, José Beltrán Peña, sobre el distinguido Dr. REYNALDO MARTINEZ PARRA,
destacado escritor ayacuchano bilingue, quien fue poeta, narrador, fabulista, investigador
literario, folklorista, periodista y abogado.
Fue Secretario del Dr.
Víctor Andrés Belaunde, y Administrador de la revista Mercurio Peruano hasta
que Belaunde viajó a los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica para presidir la
Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU).
Fue una publicación que salió bajo el sello editorial de Ediciones
Amantes del País y el auspicio de la revista de poesía peruana Estación
Com-Partida.
